New York Fashion Week

Do I have to be a fashionista to care about Fashion Week? I don't think so, I adore the reality series "Project Runway", I love colors, love flow, so why wouldn't I care?
I want to be able to create items that are physically appealing as well as spiritually charged so knowing a little about the trends and accessories of Fashion Week won't hurt!

Some Trends for Spring and Fall that you can afford:

• Clean, simple aesthetic, where tailoring is the focal point. 
• Sparkly embellished tees
• Pastel eyes
• Wearable wedges

Why jewelry?

So many people make jewelry, if you go on Etsy (popular online selling site for independent handmade artists*in case you have been living under a rock for the past year or so) and click jewelry this is what will appear:  1,985,391 items in Jewelry

 

Why bother making more jewelry then right?  Well I was thinking the same thing, but there are so many different styles to choose from that I believe (as I am sure others believe) that my design is unique.  There may be enough room for all of us, only time will time.  

The element that is different about my jewelry is that I do Reiki with my jewelry and charge the jewelry with healing energy.  Is that unique?  I think it is.  I have seen others that do but they don’t have my healing energy, they don’t have my heart, my soul, my experiences, my life so I do believe I have something special to offer.
